Pre-order and back-orderen items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping costs + deslivery times
Orders must be placed by 12 PM UK time (GMT/BST) to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, and delivery times are based on orders placed Monday–Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (5-8 days total delivery time).
Zeintix.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all UK merchandise orders £75 and over (including taxes). Orders £75 and over always ship Standard Shipping for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than £75, there is a delivery charge for Standard Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard Delivery (5–7 days).
International shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK. Orders can only be placed for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Tracking orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on zeintix.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information.
